Giving Work Back
Giving work back to the people is hard to do, but adaptive challenges can only be solved “when the people with the problem go through a process together to become the people with the solution.” This means not providing answers from a position of authority but placing the work where it belongs — with the parties faced with the challenge. Learn strategies to do it effectively in just 3 1/2 minutes.
